verify.vtspab.org is the single national address for verifying GPS Tracker Compliance Certificates issued under the BRTA mandate. Scan the QR on a vehicle's certificate to confirm it is genuine and active.

Verified (healthy or expiring soon), Not Verified (expired, revoked, not found, or unknown operator ID), or Could Not Verify (the operator's system is temporarily unreachable - this is NOT proof of non-compliance).

That a BTRC-licensed VTS operator has an active certificate on record against the scanned code, and (for verified-healthy) that the vehicle's GPS device is currently transmitting and the subscription is not near expiry.

VTSPAB rate-limits public lookups per certificate code and per IP to prevent bulk enumeration of the national vehicle registry. Roadside enforcement units use rate-limit-exempt accounts.
